this
workshop will begin with learning how to pronounce the language of
basic sanskrit, and refining your ability to use a strong, sweet, full
voice with confidence. students will also learn several sanskrit chants
in call and response, as well as their mythology and meaning. the asana
practice will be a flow based yoga, with a slow, in-depth alignment on
the heart, shoulders and arms. students will then infuse their new
understanding and sensations of the heart with heart opening postures
that everyone can take part in.
